| Description: | The aim of Three Maples is to broaden each camper's skills and understanding of art and nature. Art abilities are expanded by experimenting with different techniques and mediums. Using the camp's 40 acres, daily hikes and awareness games help campers understand our natural world. The camp's varied ecosystem supports a wide range of wildlife. The Three Maples schedule is relaxed and individualized. Art activities are aimed at showing campers different way of making art that are new and different to them. Emphasis is on expanding each individual's strengths and learning new things, rather than producing a "perfect" finished product. All activities are well supervised and age appropriate. There is swimming twice each week. |
