Description:
Merriwood is a place for girls to learn, grow, and have fun in a safe setting. Through a structured program of instructional activities and a creative elective program, girls ages 8 -15 gain the confidence to develop risk-taking skills in the unknown or untried in a strong, supportive atmosphere. Our staff of young women have had at least one year of college and are most talented and caring individuals. Founded in 1949 by "Mom" Miller, the camp is presently directed by 2nd and 3rd generations of the Miller family.
